Senior Production Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Pharma Process Equipment manufacturing, including reactors, vessels, tanks, and piping systems. The candidate should hold a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and have strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and production processes.The candidate should be capable of reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining smooth shop floor operations.The candidate must be ready to travel to Kaman location, with actual conveyance provided by the company.

Salary Hike - Salary will Be negotiable for right candiate approx 15-25 % hike on Current package

b) From Naigaon Railway Station to the Company:
By Autorickshaw: Approximately 33 minutes

c) Convenient train access is available. The company is just 5 minutes from Kaman station, with bike pickup provided by the company.
Note: First preference will be given to candidate who are having experience in core fabrication industry.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production schedules to achieve targets
Handle, allocate, and supervise a team of 25–30 manpower
Manage manufacturing of SS Pharma Process Equipment such as reactors, vessels, tanks, and piping systems
Supervise fabrication activities including cutting, bending, welding (TIG/MIG), and assembly
Interpret GA and fabrication drawings to ensure production as per specifications
Ensure proper surface finishing and polishing (mirror/matte) as per GMP standards
Conduct quality checks including dimensional inspection, weld quality, and leak testing
Control raw material usage and minimize wastage
Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain shop floor discipline
Maintain production reports, MIS, and track daily output and performance
