2. Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Manage complete travel operations including domestic, international, corporate, and marine travel.
2.Handle ticketing, reservations, visas, hotel bookings, car rentals, and forex transactions efficiently.
3.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of travel consultants to deliver excellent client service.
4.Implement cost-saving strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage overall travel budgets.
5.Address client escalations promptly while ensuring a customer-first approach.
6.Coordinate with sales, accounts, and vendor teams to improve operational efficiency.
7.Ensure strict compliance with company travel policies, SOPs, and industry standards.
8.Track team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular reviews.
9.Stay updated on airline policies, GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre), and evolving travel technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related discipline.
2.8–12 years of travel industry experience, including 3–5 years in managerial/team lead roles.
3.Strong expertise in GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre,etc.
4.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
5.In-depth knowledge of airline fare structures, ticketing rules, and vendor management.
6.Proven ability to manage high travel volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
7.Familiarity with CRM tools, travel ERP platforms, and MS Office.
8.Prior exposure to marine or corporate travel operations will be an added advantage.
