*Senior Logistics Executive (Store & Inventory)

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic Senior Logistics Executive to lead logistics and store operations at our Wada facility. The role demands strong team management, excellent coordination across departments, and end-to-end control of inventory, warehousing, and dispatch processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling large inventories, managing logistics teams, and driving efficiency in supply chain operations.

Additional Facility – Company will provide single Accommodation facility with company canteen facility

Travelling Details:
The company is located on Wada, approximately 15 minutes from Manor. The distance from Palghar Station to Manor is about 35 to 40 minutes by road.
Total travel time from Palghar Station to the company is approximately under one hour.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise and lead a team of storekeepers, material handlers, and logistics support staff.
2.Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
3.Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and ensure skill development.
4.Oversee all store functions including material receiving, issuing, stocking, and dispatching.
5.Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed.
6.Conduct stock audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis on a periodic basis.
7.Ensure data accuracy between physical stock and ERP records
8. Plan and execute dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales teams.
9. Manage inbound and outbound logistics ensuring timely and cost-eƯicient transportation.
10.Liaise with vendors, transporters, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations.
11.Track material movements and handle logistics escalations when required.
12.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for stock, dispatches, and receipts.
13.Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and company-specific logistics requirements.
14.Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, logistics KPIs, and team performance.
15.Support internal/external audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
