We are hiring for a Senior Heat Treatment Supervisor job in Vasai E Goraipada. Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Diploma / Be - Mechanical / Chemical or Equilant. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of steel heat treatment and nitriding processes, industrial furnaces, quench media, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems, troubleshooting ability, and team management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Lead heat treatment operations including nitriding, quenching, tempering, annealing, and stress relieving.
2.Monitor furnace performance, atmosphere control, quench systems, and ensure adherence to approved process parameters and cycle times.
3.Review hardness, case depth, and metallurgical test results, and take corrective actions for non-conformances.
4.Ensure compliance with customer specifications and ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards and support internal and external audits.
5.Supervise operators and shift teams, oversee preventive maintenance, calibration, safety practices, and drive continuous improvement in quality, yield, and productivity.
