Responsibilities
1. Organize, plan and deliver the work activities – inspection, testing, calibration with related report preparations.
2. Responsible for inspection of goods at various stages of manufacturing and preparing relevant quality documents, test reports and dimensional inspection reports.
3. Maintaining traceability of goods from material to final product.
4. Analyse customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions in consultation of the Technical team.
5. Achieve set targets to meet the company’s policies and customer requirements.
6. Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports to the Management for the status of targets.
7. Assist in New Product & Process development
8. Preparation of Process Flow charts & drawings in AutoCAD
9. Assist in implementation of 5S, FMEA and other techniques and maintain the same
10. Ensure that the assigned duties and responsibilities are followed in accordance with the Company’s Code of Ethics, Policies and procedures.
11. Assisting in implementing, maintaining and control of Management systems
12. Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time and not limited to the above

1. Authorizes all calibration reports
2. Authorizes TC, CMTR for every shipment in consultation with VP Corporate
3. All Incoming Inspection documents
4. Authorizes all OPL’s
From humble beginnings, Aaron Fish began his career selling keys and security hardware at the age of 17, doing his rounds on a bicycle. A natural entrepreneur and innovator, he invented and developed the still widely popular push button lock. In order to survive, he took his company public and bought XYZ, a die-casting factory. From there he went on to build a successful global company called Unican Security Systems. Unican, later llco-Unican, was purchased by Swiss security giant Kaba in 2001 (now known as dormakaba). In 2007, Mr. Fish bought back control of XYZ to preserve its expertise, to preserve the jobs of long-time, loyal employees, and to bring the company back to family ownership, as well as to profitability. Under proven long-standing leadership and new family additions, XYZ is going back to its roots as a security product developer, innovating new product lines and paving its road to renewed success.
