Job responsibility:
1. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
2. Keep prospective client database updated.
3. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
4. To develop and execute sales strategy for the Mumbai Region markets that ensures attainment of individual as well as company sales goals and profitability.
5. To maintain the relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
6. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
7. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
8. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
9. Negotiating on price, terms, delivery, and specifications with buyers and closing the sales.
10. Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
11. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
12. Handling existing and developing new clients for business growth.
13. Responsible for sales and marketing of all products of the Company.
14. Solving technical and commercial issues of the clients with the coordination of internal team.
15. Seek forecasting from customer for future orders.
16. To provide after sales support for customer by co-ordination between different functions within the Company.
17. Co-ordinate with HOD to ensure timely order processing and dispatch of ‘ZERO’ defects products.
18. To achieve collections as per terms of order copy in order to avoid outstanding.
19. Payment follow ups & clearing outstanding payment.
