Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Sales Manager job in Vasai East, Sativali Road. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification B.E / B. Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Preferred candidates are those staying between Virar and Borivali only.
Job Responsibilities :
- Execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier.
- Present progress to management for alignment and support.
- Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' regional organization and departments.
- Drive timely, productive and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Work closely on competitive analysis, market intelligence, new product ideas and pricing negotiations.
- Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.
- Will report to the National Sales Manager and Senior Management.
Required Skills :
- Must have demonstrated & led local and regional teams & created a reporting structure and taken daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, annual reports from local and regional teams.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of the customers' organization.
- Ability to work both independently along with region and national account teams. Specifically this means developing individual goals & aligning regional and strategic goals with the company's vision.
- Strong presentation skills and good written and verbal communication skills, excellent command over English and ability to converse in the local language.
Duties :
1. Lead a team of sales coordinators, sales team and regional sales engineers.
2. Create a reporting structure and process, take daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual reviews / reports from local and regional teams to -
• Generate Business Leads, etc
• Prepare Quotations, Offers, Proposals, etc.
• Maintain Regular Contact with Existing & Prospective Customers
• Follow Up & Negotiations with Clients
• Coordination between the H.O & the customer regarding deliveries & despatches
• Follow Up of Payments and Controlling of Outstanding Dues.
3. Developing, Maintaining & Analyzing Sales Records & Reports
4. Monitoring Competitor Activity & Market Intelligence.
5. Participate in exhibitions and create a subsequent activities flow process to maximise the new / existing customer connection through such exhibitions.
