Job Summary : 

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth by developing new customers, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, project sales, or industrial sales within the manufacturing or industrial sector.

 

 Key Responsibilities : 

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  2. Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  3. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  5. Handle project-based sales by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
  6. Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts.
  7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  9. Coordinate with production, operations, and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  10. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and sales performance reports for management.
  11. Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and business development activities.
  12. Ensure excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  13.  Visit clients, outdoor meeting , field Mumbai & out Mumbai of location

 

Required Skills : 

  1. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  2. Proven experience in inside sales, project sales, or industrial sales.
  3. Good understanding of the manufacturing or industrial business environment.
  4. Strong customer relationship management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  7. Experience in B2B sales, project sales, and key account management is preferred.
