Job Responsibilities:
1.Field Engagement: Travel frequently to visit existing and prospective customers to build strong professional relationships.
2.Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers,handling their immediate requirements, orders, and inquiries eƯiciently.
3.Technical Support: Utilize your understanding of Pharmaceuticals and bioceramics toexplain product benefits and help customers find the right solutions for their formulations.
4.Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities and assist the senior sales team in expanding our client base.
5.Reporting: Maintain clear records of customer visits, feedback, and market trends using our CRM tools.
Requirements & Qualifications
1.Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inPharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
2.Technical Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of drug delivery systems and the role of excipients in manufacturing.
3.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical data into persuasive sales pitches.
4.Mobility: Must be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
5.Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and possesses a "problem-solver" attitude.
