Responsibilities:
1.Generate and convert leads for cross-border logistics and CHA services to Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.
2.Build and maintain strong relationships with exporters, importers, and manufacturers.
3.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments and customs clearance.
4.Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
5.Conduct 50–100 calls daily to engage potential clients and nurture relationships.
6.Work from the office and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
1.2–5 years of experience in B2B sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or CHA services.
2.Strong understanding of export-import procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
