Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

 Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for control panels across industries (Real Estate, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Pharma, Power, etc.).
2. Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions in coordination with
4. the design/estimation team.
5. Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demos for prospective clients.
6. Prepare and deliver quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
7. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
8. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with the production team for order execution and timely delivery.
9. Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
10. Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2–5 years in sales of electrical products, preferably Control Panels /
2. Switchgear / Automation Solutions.
3. Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, VFD, and Distribution
4. Boards.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
7. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

NOTE : Candidates with an Electrical Engineering/Electrical Diploma background will be given preference over candidates with an MBA/BMS in Marketing, as strong technical knowledge of electrical products is required for this role.
