Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator job in Vasai East, Navghar Road. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.Export documentation experience is compulsory. The candidate must have experience in Engineering or Pharma Engineering Equipment. Fluent English communication is mandatory. Candidates with experience in Tablet Tools Manufacturing will be highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.                                                                                          
2.Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).                          
3.Coordinate between sales executives, service teams, and customers for smooth operations.                            
4.Maintain and update customer databases, records, and sales trackers.                                                       
5.Provide administrative and back-office support to the sales team.                                                                                 
6.Draft and reply to professional emails and client communication.                                                                            
7.Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and agreements.                                                                          
8.Schedule and coordinate meetings, client visits, and reviews.                                                                                 
9.Ensure timely follow-up with customers for orders, payments, and feedback.
