Sales Coordinator

Job Summary
We are hiring for a Sales Coordinator job in Vasai East, Navghar. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Female & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Graduate. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. 

Key Responsibilities:-
1.Support and assist sales personnel with daily administrative and operational tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, sales reports, and customer documentation.
2.Coordinate effectively between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
3.Manage ERP data, track leads, update sales records, and maintain accurate CRM entries.
4.Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities for the sales team.
5.Assist in order processing, invoicing, and delivery coordination to ensure timely fulfilment.
6.Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure prompt issue resolution.
7.Track sales goals, key performance metrics, and progress throughout the sales pipeline.
8.Maintain organized records and documentation to support smooth operations across the sales cycle.
9.Prepare and manage tender documentation, submissions, and related compliance requirements.
10.Follow up on pending offers, expected orders, payments, EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits), and SDs (Security Deposits).
