Job Description
1.Customer Service & Order Management – Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations/proforma invoices, confirm orders, and coordinate pre-dispatch requirements (specifications, packaging, logo approvals, shipping schedules). Handle post-dispatch communication including invoices, shipment updates, and customer concerns.
2.Commercial & Payment Oversight – Maintain complete customer records from quotation to delivery, track pending orders, monitor payments, and coordinate with accounts to ensure timely collections and reduce credit risk.
3.Operational Coordination & Compliance – Collaborate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. Resolve shipping issues, maintain compliance with trade regulations, and keep all export documentation organized for audits and reporting.
4.Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of customer communication, financial transactions, and operational activities to support transparency, compliance, and internal reporting.

Qualifications & Skills Required
•Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or Business.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in export operations, customer service, or coordination roles.
•Strong knowledge of export documentation, commercial terms, and financial processes.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word; ERP/CRM knowledge preferred.
•Prior plastics/packaging industry experience is an advantage.
