JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring for a Sales Assistant Manager job in Vasai E, Bilalpada, gender will be Male, age not more than 38 years, Qualification B. Tech /MBA, for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibility
- Identify and develop new customers including orthopedic implant manufacturers, dental implant companies, bone graft manufacturers, medical device OEMs, research institutions, and biotech companies
- Drive sales of Hydroxyapatite (medical & research grade), TCP / BCP materials, implant coating powders, and custom ceramic components, and develop both domestic and export business opportunities
- Understand ISO, regulatory, and biocompatibility requirements of customers and coordinate with R&D, QC, and production teams for preparation of technical proposals
- Support customer validation trials, manage regulatory documentation requirements, and present technical product capabilities to senior decision-makers including R&D, regulatory, and procurement teams
- Build and manage long-term relationships with strategic OEM accounts, negotiate pricing based on value and performance advantages, ensure repeat orders, maintain high contribution margins, and track payment cycles for commercial closure
- Identify new application areas such as drug delivery, tissue engineering, 3D printed bone scaffolds, and advanced implant surface technologies to expand market presence
- Gather competitor intelligence, monitor market pricing benchmarks, and represent the organization at exhibitions, medical expos, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility and business growth
