Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Recruiter (5+ years) for a full-time role in the Courier & Logistics industry. The position requires expertise in talent acquisition, sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment strategies. Ideal for candidates seeking a strong career in Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
1.Source and attract top talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
2.Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3.Draft and publish effective job postings to reach suitable candidates.
4.Partner with management to understand staffing requirements and create targeted hiring strategies.
5.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
6.Manage the offer process including negotiations, offer letters, and smooth onboarding.
7.Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and company recruitment guidelines.
8.Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics for continuous process improvement.
Qualifications:
1.Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
2.Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3.Proficient in recruitment portals, HR software, and Microsoft Office.
4.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
5.Good knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and labour compliance.
6.Age limit: Up to 40 years.
