Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Radial Drill Operator job in Kanganwal near Sahnewan. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 32 years, and have Qualification SSC / HSC / ITI. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate radial drilling machines for drilling, boring, tapping, reaming, and countersinking operations.
- Select appropriate drills, taps, reamers, and cutting tools as per job requirements.
- Adjust spindle speed, feed rate, and machine settings based on material and tool type.
- Clamp and align heavy workpieces securely on the machine table or fixtures.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job cards, mark reference points and hole locations accurately.
- Measure hole diameter, depth, and alignment using vernier callipers, micrometres, depth gauges, and gauges.
- Coordinate with supervisors, fitters, and quality inspectors.
