Quality Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and final products.
2. Maintain accurate inspection records and update quality reports on a daily basis.
3. Support senior supervisors in identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
4. Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) during production.
5. Monitor rework and rejection data while providing feedback to production operators.
6. Verify measuring tools before use and report any calibration requirements.
7. Maintain 5S workplace organization and follow all safety standards in the quality department.
