Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years’ experience, gender will be Male and age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Diploma in Mechanical/BE Mechanical/Production/Industrial (preferred). Job Description
1. Quality Management & Compliance: Implement and maintain QMS per API Q1 and ISO standards. Maintain compliance with API monogram programs.
2. Certification & Audits: Lead API, ISO audits, internal and supplier audits.
3. Quality Control Operations: Oversee incoming, in-process, final inspection, NDT, MTC review, calibration, etc.
4. Supplier & Vendor Quality: Supplier assessments, audits, corrective actions.
5. Customer & Regulatory Interface: Manage customer complaints, NCRs, QAP/ITP approvals.
6. Quality Planning & Documentation: Prepare QAP, ITP, WPS/PQR/WPQ, traceability documents.
7. Leadership & Team Management: Lead QA/QC team and training.
8. Continuous Improvement: Quality plans and drive team towards lean inspection methods.
Required Skills
1. API 5CT, 14L, 11D1, 19G1, 19G2, 19AC
2. API Q1, ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001
3. NDT knowledge, welding standards, drawing interpretation
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, adaptability
5. Excellent organizational skills, problem solving abilities, innovation skills
Note- 8–15+ years in Oil & Gas Quality Management / Automobile (preferred)
