Quality Manager

Job Summary:

 We are hiring for a Quality Manager job in  Nallasopara Highway. Candidate should have a minimum of 10 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 45 years, and have Qualification BE/B.Tech Mechanical Engineer. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Candidate must have Good command over English language. Should be able to handle US/Europe clients on Call. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and external standards (ISO, FDA, etc.).

• Support audits and inspections, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.

• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.

• Review and approve quality documentation, such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.

2. Process Improvement:

• Identify and assist in resolving quality-related issues within the production or service delivery processes.

• Support root cause analysis for quality problems and work with relevant departments to develop corrective actions.

• Continuously monitor and suggest improvements to quality processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Product/Process Monitoring:

• Conduct regular quality checks and audits on products, materials, and production processes.

• Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

• Assist in the evaluation of new materials, suppliers, and processes to ensure they meet quality standards.

4. Training and Support:

• Assist in training staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Act as a point of contact for quality-related queries and concerns, offering guidance and support to other departments.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspections, and audits.

• Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance, compliance issues, and improvement initiatives.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with the production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure product quality is maintained across the entire supply chain.
