We are hiring for a Quality Engineer job in Vasai East, Pelhar. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification BE in Electrical/ Electronics/Mechatronics. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Must have Experience in textile / digital printing machines , Candidates from any location across India are welcome; however, the company will not provide accommodation facilities. 1st round will be telephonic for outside canididate.
Important Details : The company is looking for a Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in Inkjet Printing Technology , Dye Sublimation Process ,DFT (Dry Film Thickness) Measurement & Control Print Head Handling, Installation & Maintenance , Quality inspection of printing machines, components, and assemblies ,Strong knowledge of printing process quality control Ability to handle print head calibration and troubleshooting
1.Responsible for quality inspection and compliance of electrical and automation systems used in industrial machinery
2.Ensure quality standards for electrical components, control panels, and panel wiring activities
3.Supervise or verify panel wiring as per approved drawings and specifications
4.Support quality checks and troubleshooting with basic PLC programming knowledge
5.Coordinate with production, design, and service teams for quality validation and improvements
6.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and checklists
7.Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and continuous improvement practices
