QUALITY ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. To do Incoming Inspection (Raw Material, FG) of Parts as per the checklist/ Format (Format No.FMT-QLTN-P13-19 ).        
2. Inprocess Inspection (Sheet Cutting, punching ,bending,forming,welding ,grinding ,buffing and packing ) of Parts as per the checklist/ Format (Format No.FMT-QLTN-P13-36 and for welding format no.FMT-QLTN-P13-35 ) every hour.        
3. Final Inspection (Assembly and components) of Parts as per the checklist/ Format (Format No.(1)FMT-QLTN-P13-22  for Godrej Product and  (2)F76QA02) for Bluestar Product         
4. 4M  Change Reports -Suspected/Retro-Inspection Report (Format no.-F76 QA12) and 4M change Tracking Sheet (Format no.F63MT11)        
5. To implement the 5’S best practices are identified, displayed and implemented in the organization. (As per the Check-list)        
6. To capture the data as per the Check sheets on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis at Incoming Rejection defect wise        
7. To capture the data as per the Check sheets on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis at Inprocess Rejection defect wise        
8. To capture the data as per the Check sheets on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis at Final Rejection defect wise        
9. To take necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) against customer complaint received within 3 days of complaint received        
10. To do the Setup Approval of parts at least (2Nos. Pcs.) before mass production.        
11. To do the red bin analysis along with the CFT team for the parts rejected in the previous day's production.        
12. To take necessary corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for the parts received in the red bin analysis and any rejected material received from the customer.        
13. Make PPT of PDIR for Godrej product and send for  approval to Godrej team and followup        
14. Daily organise sunrise ,sunset and CFT meeting (format no.F76MT07) and post in factory production whatsapp group. Check and verify daily production Reports of concern person        
15. Meeting with Zone leader and Organise 5 S in all zone        
16. Audit of 5 S, 4M, Energy and Environment ,all checksheet        
17. Address and Close Quality related query of customer within 72 hours
