We are hiring a QA QC Engineer for a well-established company specializing in the manufacturing of pharma process equipment. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Mechanical Engineer with a strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes in a ss (stainless steel ) products manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Executes specific inspections on materials, equipment, and installation activities at the project site.
- Issues Quality Records and, when required, prepares and sends Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to the QC Supervisor.
- Monitors and controls equipment installation and alignment based on approved drawings.
- Performs functional and mechanical completion checks, including for pressure and atmospheric vessels.
- Conducts vessel inspections including dimensional checks and water tightness testing.
- Verifies levelness, orientation, and position of tank foundations including anchor bolts and conduits.
- Carries out hydro-testing of tanks and monitors pad settlement measurements.
- Performs internal inspections of vessels.
- Carries out punch-listing operations and ensures resolution of open points.
- Verifies special processes and ensures workers involved are properly qualified.
- Witnesses tests, controls, and inspections in accordance with the Inspection Test Plan.
- Guarantees inspection status control for relevant plant sections, authorizes quality control completion, and ensures documentation is correctly compiled.
- Ensures that all inspections and tests are conducted as per client requirements and specifications.
- Carries out punch-listing operations and ensures resolution of open points.
