QC Engineer

Job Summary:

We are hiring for a QC Engineer job in Vasai (E), Tungar Phata. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification Diploma / Be mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. 

Job Responsibilities:

 1. Perform in-process and final inspections of packaging machine parts and systems to ensure they meet quality standards and engineering specifications.

 2. Conduct dimensional, visual, and functional tests on components, assemblies, and finished products.

 3. Identify and report non-conformities, deviations, and defects in materials or workmanship during production.

 4. Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on audit results and quality analysis.

 5. Perform root cause analysis in case of quality failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, test results, audits, and quality reports.

 6. In-depth knowledge of quality control tools, testing methods, and techniques (root cause analysis).

 7. Knowledge of packaging machinery components, systems, and manufacturing processes is a plus 

 Additional Requirements

 1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with procurement software or Tally systems is a plus.

 2. Diploma or any higher Qualification

 3. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 4. Ability to work under pressure.

 5. Good communication skills for coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

 6. Result-oriented mindset with focus on productivity, quality, and cost control.
