Job Summary :
We are hiring for a QC Chemist job in Vasai East. Candidates should have a minimum of 0 years’ experience, gender will be Any & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification B.Sc/ M.Sc Any Science Field. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Preparation and review of in-house specifications, standard test procedures (STP), MSDS, MOA, and COA for raw materials, packing materials, bulk, and finished products.
2. Sampling, analysis, and reporting of raw materials, packing materials, bulk products, and finished goods as per defined specifications and procedures.
3. Maintenance of control samples, retention samples, and related documentation/records (including Excel-based data management).
4. Execution of In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections during production.
5. Execution of Finished Goods Quality Control (FGQC) inspections prior to dispatch.
6. Maintenance of daily and monthly calibration records for all QC instruments and equipment.
7. Upkeep of equipment logbooks and ensuring proper documentation practices.
8. Sampling, chemical and microbiological analysis, and reporting of purified water as per applicable standards.
9. Coordination with external laboratories for microbiological testing of finished goods and ensuring timely reporting.
10. Conducting and monitoring stability studies as per defined protocols.
11. Ensuring compliance with internal quality systems, GMP requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
12. Any other responsibilities assigned by the QC Manager from time to time.
