1.Handle day-to-day purchase activities and purchase orders
2.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
3.Obtain quotations and compare prices and quality
4.Maintain purchase records, bills, and documentation
5.Ensure timely delivery of materials as per requirement
6.Coordinate with stores and accounts departments
7.Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking
8.Prepare purchase reports and maintain vendor database
9.Follow company purchase policies and procedures"
