Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Purchase Executive job in Vasai ,Navghar Road. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (preferred: Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management). This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Must have experiene in Engineering company. Preferred candidates are those staying between Virar to Borivali.company canteen facility available lunch only in 25 rs. Duty time will be 10 hour
Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and evaluate vendors for materials, goods, and services.
2.Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
3.Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
4.Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
5.Coordinate with stores, production, finance, and quality departments.
6.Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly.
7.Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment.
8.Maintain proper documentation of purchase records, vendor details, and contracts.
9.Evaluate vendor performance and resolve any issues.
10.Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
