Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Purchase Executive job in Vasai East Highway Opp. D Mart. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & Female & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification B.com, B.Sc. MBA. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Candidate must be staying between Virar to Borivali , Outside candidate not be accepted.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Research potential vendors 
2.Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. 
3.Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. 
4.Track orders and ensure timely delivery. 
5.Review the quality of purchased products. 
6.Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases 
7.Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. 
8.Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. 
9.Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. 
10.Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. 
11.Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends. 
12.Understanding the requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS). 
13.Follow the purchase process as per Our requirements. 
14.Coordinating With the Stores Department for Procurement of Material. 
15.Arrange Quotation/ PI from Vendors. 
16.Preparation of PO. 
17.Enter order details (e.g. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) into internal databases. 
18.Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. 
19.Coordinating with the Accounts Department for Vendors’ Timely Payments.
