Job Responsibilities :
- Source and identify reliable vendors for industrial components (PLC, Motors, Sensors, Raw Materials).
- Request and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain follow-ups for timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the production team to monitor stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Maintain organized records of invoices, challans, and vendor contracts.
- Handle vendor payments and reconciliation in coordination with the accounts department.
