Project Planning Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Planning Manager with strong experience in Civil & basic knowledge of Active LED display systems / Audio Visual (AV) projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, Co-Ordination, and monitoring execution of LED video wall projects.

 Key Responsibilities

 1) Prepare detailed project schedules

 2) Develop WBS, timelines, and resource plans

 3) Coordinate with design, procurement, logistics, and installation teams

 4) Plan site readiness requirements (power, structure, networking, mounting systems)

 5) Understand the site & instruct the design team to prepare fabricated structure drawings & verify the structure once done, to give go ahead to the execution team. 

 6) Monitor project milestones and submit weekly/monthly progress reports

 7) Developing clear project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, KPIs, constraints etc.

 8) Act as a liaison between the Clients and the company and convey the resulting communication (Email/ Whatsapp group) to company management for further decision-making.

 9) Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. 

10) Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time.

11) Managing expectations and communication with clients, team members, vendors, top management etc.

 Required Qualifications & additional Skills

1.  Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree preferred
2.  5-8 years of experience in project, civil & m.s. fabricated structures. 
3.  Active LED Display knowledge will be an advantage.
4.  Basic understanding of: LED Video Walls, Power & Data Cabling, MS fabrication structure
5.  Required Co-Ordination experience between Client & Company in project scheduling / budgeting/  planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
6.  Knowledge of AutoCAD Design’s
7.  Strong coordination and vendor management skills

10.  Majority project would be in Mumbai/Pune
11.  Travel in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa & other states if needed.
