Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in exhibition stall design or a similar industry. The role involves understanding stall designs to prepare accurate BOMs, coordinating with internal teams for raw material procurement, and effectively communicating design details to the production team. Responsibilities include overseeing production and packaging, planning logistics for site team travel and accommodation, and managing site installation and dismantling schedules. The ideal candidate will also maintain comprehensive project records and ensure timely execution. This full-time position offers a competitive CTC of ₹4.20 LPA and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understand the desing and accordingly make BOM.
2.Follow up with concern team for Raw material.
3. Explain to production team about stall design.
4. Monitor Production & Packaging
5. Planning of Site Team travelling , Hotel etc.
6. Site installation & Dismentaling planning.
7. maintain record about project.
