Job Responsibilities :
1. Manage entire project execution.
2. Preparing the CPM and PERT for all projects.
3. Ensuring smooth and timely project completion.
4. Communication with clients.
5. To Guide project co-ordinator
6. Budgeting & Maintain budget reports
7. Co ordinate with purchase dept
8. Getting daily reports from site supervisors.
9. Selection of Labour Teams and contracting between labour and company
10. Responsible for material on site in time.
11. Drafting project related mails
12. Attending project meetings with clients.
