Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Plan and manage end-to-end execution of door installation projects (Aluminium/uPVC/other systems) at residential and commercial construction sites.
2.Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure flawless execution.
3.Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and vendors for timely project deliverables.
4.Monitor site progress, conduct quality checks, and ensure completion within timelines.
5.Prepare project schedules, resource allocation, and manpower planning.
6.Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety and installation standards.
7.Handle billing processes, site measurements, and ensure proper project documentation.
8.Oversee material usage for doors, ensure reconciliation, and reduce wastage.
9.Coordinate with production and logistics teams for on-time deliveries and technical clarifications.
10.Enforce adherence to safety norms, regulations, and company SOPs at sites.
11.Generate MIS reports, progress updates, and performance reviews for senior management.
