Key Responsibilities:
Product Design & Development:
1.Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other CAD software.
2.Develop 3D models, 2D drawings, and manufacturing designs for production.
3.Perform DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to enhance product reliability.
Project Execution & Coordination:
1.Work closely with cross-functional teams (production, quality, purchase, and sales) to ensure seamless project execution.
2.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical discussions and approvals.
3.Assist in the development of BOM (Bill of Materials) and project timelines.
Technical Documentation:
1.Prepare engineering reports, design calculations, and technical manuals.
2.Maintain project documentation, specifications, and revisions.
Quality & Compliance:
1.Ensure designs comply with ISO, ASME, and other relevant standards.
2.Support testing, validation, and commissioning activities.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
1.Suggest and implement design improvements for cost reduction and enhanced performance.
2.Research new materials and technologies for innovative product development.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years in mechanical design, product development, and project coordination.
Technical Skills:
1.Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling software.
2.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
3.Familiarity with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) is a plus.
Additional Skills:
1.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
2.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
