Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification ITI / Diploma / Degree Mechanical. Job Description :
1. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets while ensuring smooth operations across shifts.
2. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials effectively to optimize productivity.
3. Monitor production schedules, and adjust workflows to minimize downtime.
4. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies at all times.
5. Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate production goals and issues.
6. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift logs.
7. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning teams.
