Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are hiring for a Production Supervisor job in Vasai East, Dhumal Nagar. Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 40 years, and have Qualification B.E (Mech.) / (Diploma). This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry. Must have experience in pharmaceutical machine manufacturing industry 

Job Responsibility:
1.Execute daily and weekly production plans as per project timelines.
2.Allocate manpower, materials, tools, and machines efficiently.
3. Monitor assembly, fabrication, machining, and testing activities for machines
4. Ensure minimal downtime and smooth workflow across production stages.
5. Maintain accurate production records: daily production reports, machine logs, material usage, and shift reports.
6. Report production delays, breakdowns, and resource needs to management.
7. Conduct in-process inspections and ensure strict adherence to SOPs
8. Follow SOP for machines manufacturing.
9 Supervise technicians, machine operators, welders, assembly personnel, and shop-floor workers.
10. Equipment handling, safety procedures, and quality standards.
11. Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
12. Monitor worker performance and support skill development.
13.Ensure use of PPE and maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor.

11. Technical Skills
1.Understanding of pharma machinery assembly and operation.
2.Knowledge of mechanical drawings, BOM, machining processes, fabrication, and fitting.
3.Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements
