Job Details
1.Production Supervision – Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities in the press shop to achieve production targets within deadlines.
2.Manpower Handling – Manage and supervise approximately 100 workers, allocate tasks, maintain discipline, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
3.Technical Expertise – Possess sound knowledge of press shop operations, tools, and machinery, ensuring production quality meets engineering standards.
4.Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to quality control measures and enforce strict compliance with safety standards in the workshop.
5.Coordination & Reporting – Coordinate with management and other departments to resolve issues, and prepare daily/weekly production reports for review.
