Production Supervisor

Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Production Supervisor job in Vasai E Goraipada. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 30 years, and have Qualification HSC / ITI / Diploma. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.

Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have prior supervisory experience specifically in an engineering product manufacturing company. Candidates without engineering manufacturing supervisory experience will not be considered.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise daily production activities in the manufacturing unit or machine shop and ensure smooth operations as per the production plan.
2. Handle and manage a team of approximately 25 workers, allocate work properly, maintain discipline, and monitor productivity and quality standards.
3. Work under the guidance of the Production Manager and report daily production updates, issues, and manpower status.
4. Ensure proper machine utilization, maintain safety standards on the shop floor, and coordinate with maintenance and quality departments when required.
5. Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing or engineering company is required
