2. Job Description 
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Organize and manage production workflow; ensure Operators and Helpers understand their duties.
2.Follow and achieve the Production Plan within defined timelines.
3.Monitor workforce productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
4.Handle employee issues: receive complaints, resolve conflicts, and maintain discipline.
5.Maintain attendance, timekeeping, and personnel records.
6.Act as a link between management and shop floor staff; ensure smooth communication.
7.Prepare and submit production performance reports.
8.Recommend rewards, promotions, or corrective actions based on performance.
9.Hire and train new Operators & Helpers.
10.Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and company policies.
11.Manage production documentation (BMR, Deviations, SOPs, QSPs, Formats) and submit to relevant departments.
12.Conduct daily supervision using checklists.
13.Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016 quality standards.
14.Set and communicate daily/weekly/monthly objectives.
15.Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
16.Verify production output against specifications.
17.Identify issues in efficiency, quality, and productivity; suggest improvements.
18.Train employees on safe machine handling and standard procedures.
19.Ensure proper in-process status labeling at all stages of production.
20.Monitor calibration and qualification status of machines; coordinate with maintenance team.
21.Ensure QC-passed batches are processed for production.
22.Maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency.
23.Evaluate each step of the manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1.B.Sc (Chemistry) or B.E. (Chemical / Mechanical).
2.4–6 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a Pharma or Chemical Company.
