Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Production Manager job in Vasai East. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 35 years, and have Qualification BBA / B.E. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities :
- Production Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed timelines and workflows to meet output targets and customer deadlines.
- Team Management: Supervise, train, and evaluate production personnel, ensuring optimal staffing and a safe work environment.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain high quality standards, performing regular audits to minimize defects.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage production budgets, estimate costs, and implement strategies to reduce waste and expenses.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and ensure production equipment is regularly maintained.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, to enhance efficiency
- Experience: 3–5 years of management experience in a manufacturing or production environment. ( SAP) and MS Office.
