Production Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager candidates with experience in handling process equipment  with a minimum of 5 years in the Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Storage Tanks manufacturing industry. The candidate should hold a Diploma/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring production within cost estimates, maintaining quality standards, managing inventory and budgets, and leading workforce training and development. Strong strategic planning, leadership, and analytical skills are essential. salary offer up to 11 lakh  or Negotiable for Good candidate hike on current salary 

Traveling Details:
a) From Vasai Railway Station to the Company:
By Autorickshaw: Approximately 36 minutes
Distance: Around 13.2 km

b) From Naigaon Railway Station to the Company:
By Autorickshaw: Approximately 33 minutes
Distance: Around 13.8 km

c) Convenient train access is available. The company is just 5 minutes from Kaman station, with bike pickup provided by the company.

Note: First preference will be given to candidate who are having experience in core fabrication industry.

1.Monitor and ensure the production within the cost estimate
a) Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
b)Allocate the manpower, Schedules and inventory needed for production.

2.Ensure process quality
a) Follow schedules and standards.
b)Provide direction and leadership to the departmental team to achieve high quality and productivity.
c) Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

3.Coordinate on training and development
a) Maintain efficient work force.
b) Facilitate employee hiring, training, development and performance evaluations.
c) Ensures training and education on specific tasks, safety issues and company related functions
d) Address employees issues or grievances.

4.Inventory and budget control
a) Determine the materials budget involved
b) Maintain adequate supply of departmental shop supplies and materials
c) Develop cost cutting mechanisms by replacement/substitution of existing process and materials in compositions
d) Submits department budgets and assists in the capital equipment implementation process
e) Assure proper maintenance of equipment, tools and housekeeping.

Other Skills required:
1. Proven experience in strategic planning or executive support
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Proficient in MS Office and strategic planning tools
5. Ability to work collaboratively and think strategically.
6. Knowledge of the manufacturing / Fabrication industry would be an added advantage.
