Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations in the press shop and welding unit, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.
2. Interact with customers, understand their requirements, and maintain strong business relationships.
3. Plan, schedule, and track production to meet deadlines and quality standards.
4. Manage and guide shop-floor teams for optimal productivity and resource utilization.
5. Monitor dispatch schedules to ensure finished goods reach clients on time.
6. Coordinate with suppliers for material availability, quality verification, and timely procurement.
7. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality parameters, and operational guidelines.
8. Collaborate with management to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
9. Prepare regular production reports and suggest improvements for overall performance.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred).
2. Hands-on experience in press shop and welding operations will be an advantage.
3. Strong ability in customer communication, team supervision, and supplier coordination.
4. Good knowledge of production planning, dispatch processes, and shop-floor management.
5. Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
