Responsibilities:
1.Manage and oversee daily operations of the press shop and welding department to ensure smooth production flow.
2.Handle customer interactions, address requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.
3.Plan and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
4.Supervise and guide shop floor manpower for efficient utilization and productivity.
5.Monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
6.Coordinate with suppliers for raw material procurement, quality checks, and timely supply.
7.Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards within the plant.
8.Work closely with the management team to optimize resources and improve cost efficiency.
9.Prepare and present production reports and highlight areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
1.Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering (preferred).
2.Prior experience in press shop and welding operations is highly desirable.
3.Strong skills in customer handling, manpower management, and supplier coordination.
4.Knowledge of production planning and dispatch processes.
5.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
