Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the polymer compounding line during the assigned shift
- Ensure smooth operation of twin-screw extruders, mixers, feeders, and related equipment.
- Monitor process parameters and product quality to meet customer specifications.
- Manage shift workforce and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Record and report production data, downtime, and material consumption accurately.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot process or equipment issues and initiate corrective actions promptly.
