Production Executive

Job Summary:
Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes while upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance with IATF regulations. Responsible for overseeing all production activities, coordinating with various departments to optimize production processes, and implementing quality control measures to meet IATF certification requirements.
👉 Candidate must have prior working experience in the rubber industry.

Travelling Details:
Important Note - company provides pick & drop facility from Boisar, Wada, and Vikramgad.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and oversee all production activities in compliance with IATF standards.
2. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet IATF certification requirements.
4. Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
5. Manage production budgets and track production costs to ensure cost- effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production issues and implement solutions.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
8. Train and supervise production supervisors & staff to ensure adherence to IATF standards and best practices.
9. Identify areas for process improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
11. Analyzing various processes/applications and recommending modifications to enhance operational efficiency
12. Developing system and process change for qualitative improvement in productivity & reducing wastage & the rate of rejection
13. Ensure adherence to norms of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and customer specific requirements within responsible areas
14. Ensure Job specific legal Compliances.
