Job Summary :
We are hiring for a Production Engineer job in Virar East, Gagdapada. Candidate should have a minimum of 0 & Above years’ experience, gender will be Male & age not more than 27 years, and have Qualification Diploma / BE / B.Tech Mechanical. This vacancy is for the Manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Assist in executing daily production plans and achieving output targets.
2.Ensure correct machine setup and smooth operation on the shop floor.
3.Monitor production processes and identify delays or bottlenecks.
4.Conduct in-process quality checks and segregate rejected material.
5.Ensure SOPs, drawings, and work instructions are strictly followed.
6.Coordinate manpower allocation for machines and processes.
7.Track raw material usage and work-in-progress between departments.
8.Assist in vendor coordination for outsourced processes like tapping and plating.
9.Report machine breakdowns and support preventive maintenance activities.
10.Maintain daily production, quality, and downtime records and submit reports.
