Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production & Project Engineer to join our team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day production activities, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and leading or contributing to engineering projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and a passion for process optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
Production Engineering:
1.Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
2.Analyse production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
3.Troubleshoot equipment, process, and quality issues in collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.
4.Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
5.Support the introduction of new products or processes into production.
Project Engineering:
1.Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering and capital projects (e.g., process upgrades, facility improvements).
2.Create project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
3.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, quality, design, etc.) and external vendors.
4.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
5.Report project status, risks, and results to management.
