Production Engineer

Job Responsibility :

1. Preparation of Monthly Production Plan for FRP.
2. Update of Monthly Production Plan for FRP.
3. Preparation of monthly dispatch plan for FRP.
4. Updation of monthly dispatch plan for FRP.
5. Preparation of SO wise FRP tracker.
6. Updation of SO wise FRP tracker.
7. Planning of requirements of RM for Shop floor vendors (one day in Advance).
8. To assign FRP production schedule to Vendors.
9. To provide RM to Vendors one day in Advance.
10. To trouble shoot problems of FRP Production.
11. To assign MRD targets for FRP vendors.
12. To Ensure Production and MRD targets are Met.
13. To Ensure dispatch targets are Met.
14. To ensure safe loading of Material during dispatches.
15. Proper storage of RM on the shop floor.
16. Proper storage of Tools at shop floor.
17. Ensure updation of Production score to Management.
18. To ensure FRP production SOP is followed.
19. To inform stores about daily consumption of RM.
20. To give RM requirements to Purchase and store 10 Days in Advance.
21. To give data for preparation of QC reports.
22. To ensure reduction in Rework/ rejection in FRP production.
23. To make a tracker for New Moulds production.
24. To update the tracker for New Moulds production.
25. To maintain RM for making moulds.
26. To ensure the quality of Molds.
27. To do preventive maintenance of Molds.
28. Proper storage of molds at the factory.
29. To attend to complaints of quality and short supply at Sites.
30. Maintain Hygiene at Factory and Shop floor.
31. Proper disposal of scrap at shop floor.
32. Proper utilization of machinery at shop floor.
33. Prepare and maintain infrastructure for production at the shop floor.
34. Prepare and update CAAPA file.
35. Site visit for critical works.
36. PPE and safety at shop floor.
37. Checking and approving of Vendor bills for FRP production.
38. Use techniques to ensure reduction of wastages in FRP.

Special Qualification:   Six Sigma certification /lean manufacturing
