Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Monitor aluminium cutting, machining, fabrication, assembly and finishing work.
- Ensure production is completed as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the design, quality, stores and installation teams.
- Manage manpower, machines, materials and production schedules.
- Maintain production records, daily reports and material consumption details.
- Identify production issues, reduce wastage and improve productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety, machine maintenance and timely completion of orders.
