Production Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Coordinate with Design, Sales, Purchase & Stores.
2. Review datasheets and ensure timely drawing readiness.
3. Prepare MRN based on approved drawings/client confirmation.
4. Plan and track production schedules as per delivery timelines.
5. Decide in-house vs outsourced manufacturing.
6. Select and manage vendors; monitor quality and progress.
7. Ensure material availability and coordinate procurement.
8. Maintain product quality, finishing, and specifications.
9. Coordinate client inspections, trials, and dispatch readiness.
10. Handle documentation: as-built drawings, manuals, reports.
11. Support installation and after-sales service.
12. Maintain organized project files and drawing records.

Requirements:

1. Experience in production/plant management (preferably fabrication/machinery).
2. Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
3. Knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
